To enable remote support, you need to run a support client
called Teamviewer.
To do this:
Click on the SLR image.
A dialogue box will appear, asking you to run or save
SLRC_TeamViewer QS.exe.
Click on "Run".
A window like the one shown here will open.
Be ready to quote the unique ID number shown.
